Community Bilingual Center (CBC) is an English and French language training centre. Established in 2016, the centre is located at East Legon, in Accra (Adjiringanor Road), Republic of Ghana. We are officially accredited by Ghana Education Service under the number GES /GAR/PT/LG.02/2019 .
Our main objective is to meet your needs of expressing yourself, understanding, and communicating easily and fluently through our quality foreign language training courses.
Our courses have been designed to:
- help the learner to understand foreign languages, particularly English and French;
-identify the difficulties related to the Mastering of these languages;
- practice/use techniques to overcome difficulties.
Our mission is to equip language learners, even the busiest one to master languages and discover their potential anywhere, anytime.

We offer a personal learning experience as our classes are limited to a maximum of 10 students. This allows our teachers to give students the personal attention they need to achieve their goals.
Furthermore, we believe that every one of you needs language trainers and we can already assure you that in our institute you will find highly qualified and experienced staff who bring the foreign language to life. In addition to our qualified teachers, we have Wi-Fi internet access accessible to all and a language laboratory; videos, audio, pronunciation software and other materials, as well as interactive exercises to help you with grammar, vocabulary, oral and written communication.
We are passionate about teaching and we make sure that our lessons are interactive, relevant and entertaining. When you come to us, you will feel at home. From the moment you arrive until the day you leave, we will do our best to make your stay as enjoyable, comfortable and harmonious as possible.
